Hi @Vaibhav Sharma1,
due to the operational costs and overal compelxity, the AI capabilities have limited accesibility.
However you can take any of these trainings that I recommended here:
- Check following resources:
- Now Assist Executive Micro-Certification Learning Path
- Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM) Implementer
- Now Assist for HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Implementer
- Now Assist for Customer Service Management (CSM) Implementer
- Now Assist Essentials (2025 Q2 Store Release)
- Now Assist for Creator Implementer
- Now Assist AI Agents Deep Dive
These are some that I have already taken myself or are in my to-do list. Let me know what do you think about these and if that answered your question, feel free to hit kudos or accept solution ;))
Also, if you navigate to: https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home and there is this window where you can use the vibe coding in ServiceNow. But be careful, only limited prompts per month are allowed.

AI Agent is not available in PDIs as of now, but you can practice Build Agents.
Please appreciate the efforts of community contributors by marking the appropriate response as the correct answer and helpful. This may help other community users to follow the correct solution in the future.

Thanks all for valuable input to give me a kick-start!
Looking forward for more guidance as I am feeling very confused about from where to start on AI.
Also, it would be great if you have any discussion forum for imlementing AI in IT Asset Management practice in ServiceNow (HAM, SAM & EAM)
