Recently during HAM implementation, we received question from customer about missing asset during transfer order. We simulate the transfer order by creating two transfer order lines and marking one of the transfer order line with status "Closed Incomplete", this somehow allows the asset being recorded as in transit, however in a real situation there is a possibility that the asset might go missing. Does anyone know or experience this before? Thank you.
