Mobile Barcode Scanning

Hi All,

I need inputs on mobile barcode scanning capability in mobile application.

As per my understanding HAM Pro module provides asset scan/create capability in Agent mobile application and NOW mobile application.

I want to confirm if ServiceNow has started giving mobile app barcode scanning feature with ITSM (base asset management) even without HAM Pro from Vancouver onwards?

Kindly help me understand this

the capability of bar code scanning is a native and not dependent on a certain module like HAM Pro. You can customize your mobile app if required to enable bar code scanning.

Is it possible to use a scanner for expected assets in Audit?  Also for Disposal?
