can the planned disposal asset be scanned using Now Agent Mobile app to Verify

We have a requirement asking if an Stockroom manager or Asset analyst can scan the asset barcode to make the Planned disposal assets as verified in the Disposal order workflow. 

Is there any OOTB functionality where Asset analyst can scan using the Agent app.
