Model normalization for storage device category

Hello,

How to turn on the normalization for storage devices?

We have opted in to the default model categories but none of these contain the 'storage device' model category.

HAM licensing costs consider the resource categories which are opted in. So if you have a valid use case for normalizing storage devices, it is better to raise a hi-ticket to get suggestions from ServiceNow about how to proceed.
