multi row variable set

I'm working on MRVS  I'm facing the issue here that i'm given type as multi row if I check global option in one variable then i'm getting this issue the attachments are below and after selecting the replacement device and serial number showing same details after adding.

Hi @GPavanKumK,

This issue is happening because you have enabled the Global option for a variable inside your MRVS in ServiceNow. When a variable is set as global, it does not store values separately for each row — instead, it shares the same value across all rows.

That’s why when you select the replacement device and serial number in one row, the same values are automatically appearing in the next row after clicking Add.
To fix this, just open those variables and uncheck the global option. After that, each row will behave independently and allow different values.

In short, global variables are shared, but MRVS needs separate values per row, so removing global will solve your issue.

Hi Soham,

but in my requirements i need to user variable type to be multi row variable set, now i'm  trying to un check the global option in both variables and when in select the replacement device and serial number are not capture in that row.
