We have a Cisco router model N7K-C7010, which is normalized and populated with lifecycle EOSL data automatically from ServiceNow. But the dates its provided are incorrect and do not match Cisco's website for that model. I'm not able to remove or change the ServiceNow dates without reverting the normalization. Is there a process for submitting this incorrect data back to Servicenow for them to update their database?

Hi Chris
If you follow this KB, it will explain what you need to do:
https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0790305
Basics are:
1.Log in to support and go to the Automation Store
2.Click on the Service Catalog and in the search field type 'Asset Management Content Request'
3.Upload your request
Regards
