Notifications not going out

Hi All,

I have an instance (not PDI) where any notification is not getting sent. It is sending all the scheduled reports as expected but none of the notification is going out.

 

Is there something which I need to check.

 

- This issue is encountered after the instance got upgraded to Utah

As per my understanding sending/receiving email is disabled for PDIs.

Hi Ankur,

I am not on PDI, it is a non-production instance.

email properties are verified, email sending is disabled but it should reflect emails in email logs.

if issue is not resolved , I think you should raise a HI ticket then.
