PFA screenshots. Do we have to pay extra for HAM?

PFA screenshot. I have installed HAM in our DEV env.

What I am trying to understand is if we have to pay up extra for HAM or not.

We sent an email to ur account manager and we got the below response. I was expecting a firm response from him but his response is ambiguous.

"From what I can tell, I believe this would be included however, if you go to move it in to sub prod, it would indicate to you that a purchase would be required if that wasn’t the case.

All licensing requirements can found on “licensing requirements” on the right. "

Would someone help me out in understand if we have to pay extra or not?

We can't answer that. And you are showing that you have SAM Pro, but I don't see anything about HAM. I guess, since it states you need to require licenses, you don't have them, but there is only one person that knows for sure and that's your account manager. Just tell him to give you the straight answer: yes or no. That's what he is paid for. It's not your fault SN isn't transparent.

If you ask him 'do we need to buy' and he can only say 'from what I can tell, I believe...' then he isn't clear, but we don't know your contract, so we can't help you.
Also: "All licensing requirements can be found....." isn't an answer. You know that. Your question is if you have are already compliant to those requirements.
Just tell him to do his job and answer your question.
