PFA attached doc. I have 2 issues related to Hardware Asset Management -
1. I need advise on how can I find how some fields on alm_hardware are being populated. Its probably coming from some integration but I need to find which integration. I have attached the reserahc I did before reaching out to you.
2. As per HAM Process, what should I do with untrackable assets? I have a probable solution wherein we have to manually fill in the division based on the CI name, as mentioned in the doc.
