Product Models Opted-out for Model normalization but still normalized

Hi HAM people,

ServiceNow has the Product Model normalization capability. In an instance Hardware Normalization Content Service can be selected for opt-in or opt-out.

Even though in our instance we opted-out for this Hardware Normalization Content Service, Product Models are still normalized.

Does anyone has idea's on this??

Hello Ed Laar,

opt- out the content service setup will not stop this.  Need to opt -out for the HAM resource Categories.
