Which date should be used in tracking the Purchase Order Date, is it purchased or Ordered Date

The 'purchase order date' is the date that the purchase was ordered. So that's the ordered date.

Hi @sowmyamural 

Using 'Purchased' date field you can track when the asset has been purchased /ordered.

in your instance under alm_hardware- do you have any value  in ordered date field?
