Hi Rai,

Depends if the asset is Consumable or not. Below part from the documentation

Hope that helps

In relation to transfer order lines, there is no functionality provided by ServiceNow to transfer multiple assets as part of a single line. I would recommend utilize the Bulk Update actions on the transfer order to bulk update several lines at a single time (see SN docs). Otherwise, building a catalog item with a slush bucket to capture all the assets needed to be migrated may be the simplest approach. You would just need to cycle through the assets and update the states and if they are consumables you would need to split the stack depending on how many they want to migrate.

you can ship multiple assets in single transfer order.

create transfer order

open the transfer order you created

in transfer order line, click on new .. and add the asset you want to transfer.

if you want to add more assets, then click new and add another asset.

this way you can transfer multiple assets using one transfer order.

Hey Rai - You can use the Insert and Stay feature to quickly add additional assets to the Transfer Order (TO)
Remember assets are 1 to 1
Consumables are 1 to many.

Best of luck to you
