Retire Asset workflow

My client is using San Diego and I'm trying to find the retire asset workflow for them to review and hopefully use, instead of creating a custom workflow. I don't believe this is part of HAM Pro.
I had the SA look and we don't see the workflow in their system. It's a change order
please advise what is required to get this OOB workflow.
