I am new to service now and trying to work out steps by reading all the blogs, questions and other search.
What I need support for - I would like to auto populate Asset Tag and Warranty Expiration fields from the alm_hardware table when user Id gets change
What I have done: As I have to add Asset Tag and Warranty Expiration fields in Interaction, Incident and Request table. In Interaction table, I have created a reference field and Client Script on change as below. After adding fields in Interaction table values showing empty in asset and warranty fields.
I have no idea what I am missing. I would appreciate your help.
