Listening Post
•Create a learning experience for your employees empowering them with the right learning at the right time of need.
•Assign Listening tasks from a lifecycle event
•Deliver courses according to the time of need.
Steps to add a Listening post to the Lifecycle Event:
- Navigate to listening Posts > Pulse Themes > New
3. Fill in the details as in screenshot and save the record
4. Once save, in the related list, on Pulse Survey tab, select New
5. Save the record and stay on the same page.
6. Change the scope to Listening post to add the questions to the Pulse survey.
7. Now refresh the page mentioned in step 5 to see "New" and "From Question Bank" options in the Questions related list
8. Click on New > Add the questions > Submit
9. Publish the Pulse Survey once you add all the required Survey Questions.
10. Navigate to lifecycle event and create an activity as shown below to tag the survey with lifecycle event.
NOTE: It is always advised to add the activities in the activity container to define the order of activity trigger.
