The faster they navigate these experiences, the greater productivity and engagement they experience.

Learning Posts Enhancements

Traversing between different portals and activities can make learning feel like an inconvenience rather than an empowering professional journey. With ServiceNow, employees can achieve their career goals with ease and flexibility from a centralized destination. Support employees every step of their career by syncing courses from third-party sources directly to the Employee Center. Our new integration into Saba furthers the breadth and depth of personalized learning content you can drive directly in the flow of work. To help organizations proactively support employees, Learning Posts now leverage machine learning to intelligently personalize and recommend courses based on Employee Profile attributes. If employees still need additional learning materials, a quick search on the Employee Center can now surface relevant course opportunities aligned to their professional needs. On the go? No problem, easily view and complete learning tasks on the Now Mobile app to stay on track with your learning goals.

HRSD Advanced Integration with Oracle Cloud HCM

With a geographically dispersed workforce, the need for digital tools that support flexibility is crucial. Our various content publishing enhancements in this release will help you streamline the creation and scheduling of popular content types like banners, announcements, and videos to ensure relevant updates and information are delivered with ease. Continual improvements across the Mega Menu, Quick Links and My Active Items widgets on the homepage also provide better employee experiences when they search for the content and services they need.
