Access to To-dos tasks for Alumni users after termination

Hi,
I am looking for implementing Alumni Service Center.
OOB, ASC offers To-dos section.
I have query that user after termination can they still see the assigned Tasks under Todos?
As per the docs, I see that Alumni users should be created after the user profile is deactivated as part of Offboarding process.
Role "sn_asc.alumni" allows access to Alumni to ASC portal.
If any pending tasks (HR Task) assigned to terminating user that are not closed, can the user still be able to find it in ASC under To-do's?
Objective: To allow access to alumni to complete pending tasks and offer smoother offboarding experience.
Also, I see there 3 Alumni related roles but their distinction is not clear.
- sn_hr_core.hrsm_alumni
- sn_hr_sp.hrsp_alumni
- sn_asc.alumni
Does the Alumni user needs to have all of these roles to access the platform or portal?
