Add content in Announcement in config HR Agent workspace.

Hi Community,

 

I have to add content in announcement in confi HR agent workspace. 
I have gone through several community links{https://www.servicenow.com/community/csm-forum/show-announcement-in-agent-workspace/m-p/382646 } but I am stuck like how to add announcement content ID as I can see any options.

I had seen multiple place where you had provided solution. Request you to please give your insight if you have any idea that why I am unable to see that announcement content ID field.
