Add more detail on My Task in Portal ESC

Hello everyone,

I want to change the display content of Approval in My Task, but can't find a way to do it. Is there a configuration to make changes like the image below or can I just customize the widget?

Please help me.

You will have to create/update the To-do configuration.

• Navigate to Employee Center > Administration > To-dos Configuration
• Filter the Table column with sysapproval_approver

• Open the Approvals record
• In the Task Configurations related list, create/update the corresponding record where the Reference table is Change Request (may differ for your use case)

• Note that the change will be applied to the Open tab only. To modify the configuration of the Completed tab, repeat the above for records where Tab = Completed
