Not related to Case Template but wondering what functionality do you have for addressing persons outside of the company?
Is it possible to allow vanity or outside email addresses to function in the 'Opened For' field?

This is a complex question to answer without the background. I would need to understand the use case. Remember that HRSD is a scoped app and we are trying to maintain a higher level of security so knowing the use case would allow me to give some insight.
