Is it possible to change the COE once a HR case is created? or what is the best practice if a case is incorrectly created with different COE and the HR technician wants to change the COE.

The best option would be to use the transfer case functionality and select a different HR Service. This will put it in another COE based on the HR Service that was selected.

Thank you so much but this closes the existing case and creates a new case. Is there a OOB logic behind this because of COE cant be changed for case which was already submitted?

We have installed the HR SD spoke for Oracle HCM - is there any tech documentation specific to what needs to happen on the Oracle side for this to work?
