Assigning HR task in flow

Hello everyone,

I have a requirement to let the end user (requester) to request a service by submitting a form. The. The form goes through an approval flow. Then a task should be assigned to the requester. Once the requester completes the task, the flow continues with some other steps to assign tasks to some other teams.

I don’t know which features of HRSD I can use. I understood that HR task can be assigned through HR service but I don’t know the details and I don’t know if that is the right solution.

Thanks for your answer. The article you provided explains how to create an HR service with Fulfillment Type equals to "Service Activity". If I understand correctly, this options allows little flexibility in the workflow. I need an option that allows me to use a flow/workflow and at the same time allows me to assign a task to the requester.

HR Service Activity can be used to create sequential approvals and tasks.

If that doesn't meet your requirements, you can always create your own Flow/Workflow and use it within the HR Service.
