Hi All,

I have a requirement : If I accept the resolution the HR Case state changes to Closed Complete  If I do not respond in 5 days, the HR Case state auto-changes to Closed Complete. If I reject the case, the HR Case state changes to Work in Progress.

I know the fact, that state changes are OOTB. Where should I go to configure (If I do not respond in 5 days, the HR Case state auto-changes to Closed Complete)? Is there any workflow? Please guide me step by step. Thanks

If your use case Requires 5 Days, you would need to have this reflected in the workflow. You can create your own representation of that workflow so you are mot impacted on upgrades.

I think below business rule starts the timer

If you are on geneva which I dont think you are, there is a workflow, which seems to control it

Hey Sanjiv,

I am on New york. However, I don't see Start HR User Acceptance timer Business rule.

I even checked the workflow but cannot find anything. 

I do see OOTB Add User Acceptance State which is Placeing an HR case into Waiting for user acceptance state.

 

Any other suggestions?

I agree with Sanjiv. You posted you are on New York, so you will start with the Workflow -HR Case User Acceptance.
