Best Practice - SLA Set up/Configuration/Documentation for a Global Team with different locations

Hi,

 

We are trying to align our SLAs globally.

 

Currently it's all set up separately per region.

 

Has anyone set up their SLAs in a global level? How does it look like?

 

Appreciate any tips and best practice from anyone.

Hi @MonetteP ,

 

SLA can have many different variations based on the team, the organization etc. instead of looking towards what we all have configured, you instead need to understand what the service level agreement is from your business towards internal/external vendor.
