and some other things.

What's your question? What best practice do you need explained? What don't you understand? And I hope you realize that a list of topics ending with '...and some other things' is not going to get much response.
You can go to NowLearning and take courses on 1 to 4. You can use Google, search Docs and the Community. And if you don't understand something, ask a specific question.

That is a very broad questions which just not can be answered in short sentence. Have you read the product documentation and taken the nowlearning.com training to understand the different products and capabilities/limitations?
