Hey experts,
I would like to know if we can change the system's default email address <InstanceName@service-now.com> to something else i.e. <MyEmailAddress@myHost.com>? Essentially, my client wants the case to get generated whenever an email is sent to their own help desk email address. I've suggested that we use the email forwarding i.e. whenever we receive an email on your help desk we just redirect it to the SN's email address. But I was still curious to know if there is some property in the system which will allow me to change the default email.
Thanks!
