Hi,
Can we create new COE in HRSD. If customer ask to create new COE in system. Can we create and will it be good approach. What we can do instead of creating new COE in system.
Can anyone please help me to achieve it.

Hi @niveditakumari ,
It's not a best practice to create a New COE. Also, OOTB you don't have an option to create one.
You can usually get around the need to (and the work) just by creating appropriate Topic Categories and HR Services.

Hello Nivedita,
I don't believe it's a best practice to create new COEs. You can easily rename the existing COEs by changing the label. We did not need all of the 16 out-of-the-box COEs so we have relabeled a few of them so that it aligns with our HR structure.
