Where do we find the result of the HR task 'collect employee input'

Hello everyone! 

I have created one HR task with the type 'collect employee input'. However, after the employee filled it on the portal, I cannot see the response either on the HR case or the HR task. 

So does anyone know: 

-where does the response from the employee get captured by default?

-can the response from the employee be actually mapped to a field on the HR Case or HR Task, (through configuration) ?
