Hi Juhi,

Do you have both the home and host countries stored on the user record?  If so, you can create the appropriate Audiences, HR Criteria, and/or User Criteria as needed to allow access if the user has the home or host country as needed.  For example, if an Employee Service Center banner should be visible only for employees in India, you would create an Audience that includes the home country or host country = India.

Hi @Juhi Yasmin ,

The Global Mobility COE in ServiceNow works the same as all the other COE tables.  You can configure HR Services and processes as needed based on your requirements.  We have built out Global Mobility services (e.g., requests and inquiries) for multiple customers.

Also, you may want to check out Mercer's Mobility Management platform, available in ServiceNow Store, which has functionality which OOTB don't.

Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.

Thanks,

Sandeep
