Hello experts,
When previewing a HTML document template, it appears to be missing the edit button. I see a message in the bottom left of the preview pane which says: Changes are not permitted as document is in use.
Anyone have a clue where I can check the document's "in use" flag? Or maybe set it so it's not in use while previewing? This is frustrating because in our DEV instance, this is not the case. As soon as I moved the build to our TEST instance, this has shown up. I can still "Generate" the document from the preview, but I wish to edit it to remove some text on an as-needed basis.

UPDATE: There was a Restricted Caller Access record generated on first use, this RCA needs to be set to allow. Double-check the application scope for any requested RCA's.
