Employee Center Portal - Upload attachment button missing.

Hi everyone,

I have an HR Task to be approved on the Employee center portal, and the user needs to fill a form.

The form includes a field for the user to add an attachment

I have 2 instances (production and development), and the problem is that this Upload button only appears on the development instance... in production is missing and I can not upload any attachments.
I am comparing the 2 instances... but right now I can not find any difference on the configuration. Could you please help me?

Thank you all

Hi there,

Might it be a difference in roles, Access Controls, write access on sys_attachment?

Kind regards,

Hi, thank you for your feedback.

I've been comparing and I haven't found any difference between instances in ACL's or roles.

Hi @Andr_1  Can you be more specific? Is the Form an Employee Form? You mention an HR Task so just trying to understand your configuration since it could be a few things based on this. It looks like this may be a record producer, so understanding your specifics will help to give some guidance.

Regards,

Mike

Hello Mike,

Yes it is a record producer.

When I create an HR Case (for an specific HR Service) it will be also created and HR Task associated. This HR Task will save the data from a record producer. The person assigned to this HR Task, will open the employee center portal, and on the To-Dos menu, will fill the form.

The button that is missing in prod instance is the "Upload" button (at the end of the form). The text is visible but the button is not.

I checked ACL´s, roles and configurations between instances but can not find any differences.
