Employee Center Portal - Upload attachment button missing.

Hi everyone,

I have an HR Task to be approved on the Employee center portal, and the user needs to fill a form. 

The form includes a field for the user to add an attachment

I have 2 instances (production and development), and the problem is that this Upload button only appears on the development instance... in production is missing and I can not upload any attachments.
I am comparing the 2 instances... but right now I can not find any difference on the configuration. Could you please help me?

@Andr_1 The simple thing to check is the configuration of the Record Producer. If this is configured to show, this will at least show that it is not a configuration issue.

@michaelj_sheridBoth instances have the same configuration on this "Portal Settings" option.

@Andr_1 Are you using the OOtB attachment selection on the RP?  It appears you may be using a separate variable for upload of attachment. Can you confirm?

@michaelj_sherid Yes, it is the OOtB attachment selection (variable) on the RP.
