Fields to display on case creation: how are they determined?

Hello

 

I have noticed that for the HRSD Case Creation configuration, there are three places where I can add fields to show in case creation:

1) Case Creation Configuration base record

2) Case Creation Service Configuration record

3) HR Service Name Record->HR Service Additional Information fields

 

What is the criteria for which fields are shown on case creation?

Where did you find this page?

On my end, you can go into HR Administration->Case Creation Configuration to see the records that I am seeing.
