For HR case if opened for person is VIP in HR agent ,priority should changed to P1

Can anyone please help me on below query.

 

For HR case if opened for person is VIP in HR agent ,priority should changed to P1 and

Please help me on this

priority cases should be visible to the assigned to person

it will be visible on below  highlighted in blue color

There is a system property (sn_hr_core.hr_vip_default_priority) you can set that will default the priority of cases for VIP users to high.  OOB it defaults to High (P2), so you can change the value from 2 to 1.

 

If the HR case is assigned to the agent that is viewing HR agent workspace, it will appear in their homepage counts as you have circled.
