Hoe to create email for case

I'm trying to setup email on the Employee Relations case form.

I created a template, but I'm not sure why I can't generate the template on the case.

@Andre Jones you have to go to the Dictionary Entry of the COE to see the Email Client Attribute. Go to a record in the COE you are trying to establish an email client for then go to Configure > Dictionary (as seen below for my example). Within that record you will see the tabs as I displayed in my previous post. Look in that COE's record and see if the Email Client Attribute is present. Your COE is different, I just want to the Workforce Admin as an example.
