Hello,
facing the issue like we want Holiday Calendar Widget should default to User Country but Currently the calendar defaults to US for all users.
so can anyone help like how will this can be configured.

No, but you will need to create a separate calendar type portal content for each country that has a holiday schedule (e.g., US, UK, India) and be sure the correct Audience for that country is created and selected. So if you had schedule for UK, the Audience in the Schedule Content record would be the one for identifying the user’s country = UK and not the Active users Audience.
If you have 10 countries with different holiday schedules, you’ll have one widget instance, with 10 different calendar portal content records (one for each schedule) and 10 different schedule content records (one for each calendar portal content for the same widget instance and the appropriate country specific Audience selected).

Which holiday calendar widget are you using (e.g., part of the Advanced Workday Integration, old one from the Employee Experience Pack, Event Calendar (CD) using schedules)?

You will need to schedule each of the different country's schedules to that same Event Calendar (CD) widget instance via Content Publishing > Schedule Content (or the Content Library, however you do it). Then on the Schedule Content record, be sure to add the appropriate Audience for each calendar/schedule.

Holiday Calendar Widget should default to User Country. Currently the calendar defaults to US for all users. So do i have to change instance widget, for diferrent countries for now i have Event Calendar US only.
