No, but you will need to create a separate calendar type portal content for each country that has a holiday schedule (e.g., US, UK, India) and be sure the correct Audience for that country is created and selected. So if you had schedule for UK, the Audience in the Schedule Content record would be the one for identifying the user’s country = UK and not the Active users Audience.
If you have 10 countries with different holiday schedules, you’ll have one widget instance, with 10 different calendar portal content records (one for each schedule) and 10 different schedule content records (one for each calendar portal content for the same widget instance and the appropriate country specific Audience selected).

Hello I have one question please for this part , I dont know what should I do exactly ? I should create schedule content and notif content in your idea ?
As a fulfiller
I want to be able to send notifications to end users (internal employees) that are eligible and promote the COI disclosure campaign on the portal :
- 1st possible case: based in location x
- 2nd possible case: whose job role is x
- 3rd possible case: based in location x AND whose job grade is x OR level is above x
- 4th possible case: internal new joiners (day one) that are based in x AND job grade is x OR level is x
- 5th possible case: location is now x AND job grade is now x OR job level is now x
so the end users declare their situation

If you want to target different audiences for your campaign content, you will need to setup all those different Audiences (e.g., Location=US, Location=Romania; Job=Engineer, Job=Jr DBA). It looks like you will have a lot. 😊 Each piece of content in a campaign can be further refined. Meaning the Campaign "COI Disclosure" can be for all active employees, while a particular banner or notification that is sent from it is only for Location123 and Job Grade5.
It is a lot of initial work, but something I recommend with Audiences is - first create the HR Criteria for that condition(s) (e.g., Job=Engineer). Then from that HR Criteria, you can easily create the associated User Criteria and Audience, so you have the setup there for whatever you may need to target/secure later (e.g., Knowledge Article, Record Producer, Campaign Content, Lifecycle Event Activity).

Thanks for your attention and response, yes I did all steps, I create my audience then create campaign and I choose my audience , then I create campaign bundles and campaign content thats include notif content, my content for campaign target runs very well and state works the first step draft then delivery content and finally published but when I checked, out box for email the users didn’t receive notification, I checked schedules content it’s works true, I don’t know why my audience didn’t receive notification

Can you share a screenshot of your notification setup? Also make sure the scheduled jobs around sending notifications are active and have run (i.e., manually run them).
