How "Task support team" field would work?

Hello,
I would like to know how "Task support team" field and its related fields would work on the HR task table.
In my onboarding lifecycle event activity, there is a task whose support team is Parent Assigned to and HR Tier1 as below.
How can employee ask help them?
I have tried impersonating the employee Maria Davis and dropping some comments on employee center but any email was not sent to the Support team.

Hi @Kohei Tominaga1 ,
When there is comment gets added or updated, the following notification would be sent, OOTB it sends only to "Assigned to" not to a Group:
That's the reason your HR Tier 1 din get any notification.
Task support team | Task support team for the HR task. Select one of the following: | |
None | No task support team. | |
Users and groups | Select users from the parent case or HR groups as the task support team for the HR task. | |
Queue | Select a chat queue as the task support team for the HR task. |
When you select "users and groups" , then you will get Parent case users and groups fields getting populated.

There is another Notification on HR task commented, even this doesn't sends any notification to group:

So, the Task support team Group field is useless field, isn't is?
