How to add Dashboard on Agent Workspace for HR Case Management.

Hi Community,

I’m trying to use the out-of-the-box dashboard available in Agent Workspace for HR Case Management (HR Configurable Agent Workspace). However, I’m not able to see it on the front end.

Has anyone faced this issue before or can guide me on how to enable/view the default dashboard in HR Agent Workspace?

Hi @Yarra Arun Kuma 

OOB reports and metrics should appear directly on the landing page . If it is not showing ensuring it has been properly tagged in Dashboard visibility section.
