How to add description field to ticket page in HR portal

Hi

How to add description field /Case values or details that they have submitted through record producer in ticket page in portal

here our description field is combination of all the values /details what user have submitted through record producer so i mentioned here as description field

so basically once user completes filling the values in record producer form,and after submitting the case we need all values/details in ticket page in the portal(Right now there is only short description as mentioned in screenshot)

Please help me to resolve this issue

Hi @sri vijaya in that case I would advise to create a CASE with HI, if all the steps are correct and the variables is not visible in Portal,

@sri vijaya We offer a configuration for this OOtB. You can open the HR Service configuration for the case type and see the "Opened for/Approver view". Within that record you can add additional data points as seen in the image below. Keep in mind you are limited to 6 fields per row (Person and Detail rows).

This is working fine but we have so much of data in description (3-4 lines) but able to see only one line in portal view , is there any solution in the same way
