How to attach HR Document Template to HR task

Hello All,

Need help with this requirement. I have an activity as "offer letter "in "pre-hire".So I have created HR document Templated for dynamic offer letter so that any person who is onboarding that person name should automatically comes in offer letter.

But I'm really having a hard time to find out where should I attached that template.

In pre-hire under new hire documentation, I have HR task

offer letter

Appointment etc etc

 

And I want to attach that HR template under HR Task..

I believe on your lifecycle event activity, you would need to have it as an HR Service instead of HR Task.  The HR Service would have it's template updated with the appropriate "PDF Template" value.  The HR Tasks are limited to the task types, where you could add templates that require a signature if you wanted to go that route.

Do you have any idea on how to convert any pdf into fillable one so that we can parse field in PDF Template for generating dynamic offer letter?
