We use Content Publishing > Notification Content to send mass emails to our organization. There are times when the notification needs to be cancelled and the emails prevented from being sent. I could not find any documentation showing how to cancel the notification. The only way I have found to stop the notification is to go to Process Automation > Event queue, find the corresponding event and delete it. This seems like overkill to stop a scheduled notification. Plus it requires admin intervention and the preference would be to allow the content creator to stop the event.
Is there another way to stop a scheduled Notification Content event?
Is there a way to allow the (non admin) content creator to stop the scheduled content?
Thanks,
Marty
