Experts,
I have gone through the documentation can someone tell me how to enable HRSD COEs: Benefits, Compensation, Ethics, Investigation Cases etc? If some additional plugins are required what are those to enable them.

That is correct, you will need to manually add them all, since nothing is available OOB for those COEs. Don't forget about the notifications, inbound actions, SLAs, assignment rules, contextual search and agent assist on those COEs, if applicable too.

Can you confirm if the COE appears active in "COE Configuration" module now? If not, try to add an actual HR Service for the Topic Category and Topic Detail on the COE table.
You should be able to remove from that system property, as long as you are in the HR Core application scope. If you are in another application scope at the time, it will be read-only.

@Susan Britt Thanks for for answering my questions. I will mark your answer as correct since your answer my initial question. I have a last follow up question: I can see COE enabled after adding the Topic Category. Now I don't see OOB Topic Details, Catalog or anything related to to COEs which I did enable. So it means I need to add those as per requirements and nothing is available OOB?
