Experts,
I have gone through the documentation can someone tell me how to enable HRSD COEs: Benefits, Compensation, Ethics, Investigation Cases etc? If some additional plugins are required what are those to enable them.
Thanks,
MK

That is correct, you will need to manually add them all, since nothing is available OOB for those COEs. Don't forget about the notifications, inbound actions, SLAs, assignment rules, contextual search and agent assist on those COEs, if applicable too.

Hello @Community Alums
Navigate to COE Configuration under HR Administration, you should see about 15 COEs listed. You can turn them on or off from there.
Let me know if that is helpful or not.

Hi MK,
You can no longer toggle the COEs off/on. They will automatically be enabled when you create a new HR Service for those tables. Please note that the following do not exist OOB for those tables, so you'll need to create them.
- Notifications
- Inbound Actions
- SLAs
- Assignment Rules/Matching Rules

Hi @Susan Britt
I am able to toggle COEs off and on. We are on the HR SD standard subscription San Diego version. Is the toggle option removed in Tokyo or with Pro or Enterprise?

That's a good question - it went away at some point a few releases ago. I wouldn't think it had to do with being on Standard, but could...? I can toggle active COEs off in San Diego (and higher), but cannot toggle inactive on anymore. I feel like maybe it was Rome or San Diego when that stopped working.
