Experts,
I have gone through the documentation can someone tell me how to enable HRSD COEs: Benefits, Compensation, Ethics, Investigation Cases etc? If some additional plugins are required what are those to enable them.

That is correct, you will need to manually add them all, since nothing is available OOB for those COEs. Don't forget about the notifications, inbound actions, SLAs, assignment rules, contextual search and agent assist on those COEs, if applicable too.

Thanks for the update @Susan Britt. I noticed Benefits Topic Category and Details are active. But in COE Configuration still it show disabled. So it means COE on/off is redundant and misleading?

The Ethics, Investigation Cases , etc. COEs were deprecated in Rome. You can find additional details here in our ServiceNow docs site.

It should be active if you have an active Topic Category and Detail on the COE table. Confirm the COE is not listed in the sn_hr_core.inactive_tables System Property.

@Susan Britt it is their and a few other tables too. I believe we can't remove from here. I tried but it comes back 🙂
