Hi,
I have a scenario where there are 3 departments
HR : abc@gmail.com
HR Payroll : xyz@gmail.com
HR General : nop@gmail.com
I want to keep trigger condition as email for inbound email actions. As all the cases is being submitted through email... I cannot diffirentiate department with keyword because we have similar keywords for department.
But i am not sure if we can set up multiple SMTP for multiple emails.
Can anyone explain how can i differentiate trigger condition for 3 different flows for 3 different departments.
Thanks in Advance!
