Hi,

I have a scenario where there are 3 departments

HR : abc@gmail.com

HR Payroll : xyz@gmail.com

HR General : nop@gmail.com

I want to keep trigger condition as email for inbound email actions. As all the cases is being submitted through email... I cannot diffirentiate department with keyword because  we have similar keywords for department.

But i am not sure if we can set up multiple SMTP for multiple emails.

Can anyone explain how can i differentiate trigger condition for 3 different flows for 3 different departments.

Thanks in Advance!

In your flow, you have access to "From address" as a variable. In the email condition, you can use the "Recipients" field to filter on

Hello @mania

Please try adding condition after choosing "Inbound Email" or "Reply" and condition as recipients email address contains or is this.
