We have to configure SLA based on different timezones, so I guess for each and every timezone I have to create separate SLA.
Please correct me.
There is one more point we also have to configure Holiday calendar, so that SLA should not consider those holidays.
How we can maintain holiday calendar

Hi,
You can go to calendar tab or set schedule based on holidays.
Using Schedules - ServiceNow Wiki

Hi All ,
Can someone tell me what is the use of time zone field,
The need is we have several regions and for each region i have to create different SLA,
Suppose i have created 8 hrs SLA for 3 regoins India, australia, us(east), how system will get to know which SLA should trigger.
Suppose i am raising request from INDIA than which SLA will trigger,
Lets take real time scenario, i have raised a ticket from india it got assigned to a group whose members are in US than which SLA will trigger.
