How to update Delegation rule condition.

I need to small modification in condition on Delegation rule. it showing as read-only, so please how to edit these conditions.

Yes I have delegation_admin role still I am not able to edit it.

I agree with @Viraj Hudlikar  !!

You already this rule activated and it's in use.

Either you can Deactivate or create a new rule and before activating deactivate the first one.
