HR Agent Workspace - Create Case Contact Card - Change Information Visible on Card

Hello ServiceNow Experts,

 

I need to change the information that are presented on the Contact Card that is visible in the Create Case page in Workdpace, this one:

I need to show more information there, unfortunatelly this part does not take information from Case Creation Configuration.

I have tried multiple apparches but nothing work. There is an information provided by ServiceNow that it can be changed in UIB, but had no luck with it. It lack clear information on how to do this.

 

Any ideas how to add information to that component?

Hi Make,

 

I followed your approach. While it did work, I have a few concerns that I hope you can help me with.

 

Firstly, on the list of fields, I only put "user.department" for testing purposes, but the email and employment start date are also visible. I'm not sure where this information is coming from, could you shed some light on this?

 

Secondly, although this approach was successful, ServiceNow mentioned that it can be achieved from UIB. However, this one is not UIB.
